Biddlin has been banned?

What happened? I always liked his posts, though he can be grouchy on occasion, as we all know.
 
I don't see his name on the members lists.
I guess either he got banned or got his panties all in a knot
about something someone posted and requested removal.
As far as I know, those are the only ways to disappear.
 
He recently got a pretty new Les Paul Goldtop.
No wonder we haven't seen a new guitar day thread from him.
 
Well, he would have to contribute something positive to THIS forum for that to happen........it didnt.....
 
He wrote me some rather unflattering PMs about the forum. Certain members were mentioned . I tried to suggest that the forum certainty had merit, but he was unconvinced. I simply suggested that I hoped he stayed. I received an equally unflattering PM some weeks later. However, by that time I had grown weary of complaints without content. I suggested that controversial threads were all he had posted in some time and I was no longer interested in his opnion, and did not care if he stayed or left. Apparently, he reached out to others after that.

I was going to simply print what he wrote, but I am really sick of bitter threads, and upon re-reading the PMs, I felt that is what would happen.

Sergio, I know he is your friend, and I am sorry if this upsets you. It is not my intention to get in arguments with anyone. I employed whatever diplomacy I had available to me before I simply hit my limit.

We had quite a full plate of Mr. "B" behind the scenes. This was not his first unwilling forum exodus, I will wager it's not his last either.
 
He is indeed my friend, but I always listen to both sides when I see something that makes me wonder who's right.

After all, sometimes nobody is 100% right.

I was just asking... Because this is such a democratic space, and I wouldn't believe someone like John would be banned from here, that's all.

I certainly do not want to make this a bash thread, especially with someone who is not able to post to tell their side. Maybe we could just talk about gear
 
I understand what you mean and certainly will comply... It's your forum after all...

Though, Biddlin being my friend (like many of you here) and a valulable member in any forum by my own evaluation criteria, a PM with more detail wouldn't hurt...
 
Oh and I am not asking this at his request, nor will I forward the PM to anyone, I am really curious and willing to understand what caused it all, cause this is such a cool place, I don't understand why some good guys have been kicked out...
