Did someone say something about SG love? Here are my SGs. Two of them are currently visiting Sp8ctre so I can't get a picture of the 3 of them together at the moment. However I am working on setting up a place for them to come back home to me soon. So yeah, I got's me some SG love. Out of all the guitars I have owned, SGs are my favorite.
Yep a 1979. I did a resto thread last year after I bought it. It was in dire need of some TLC. One of you new guys has a The Paul and that is on my find list to complement The SG.
An interesting tech piece is the tripower 2013 Supra on the left. The pup selector switch does the bridge, bridge/neck, neck selection like normal. BUT, the switch knob twists and is a volume pot that add the middle pup to any of the 3 selections. I have never seen THAT before. That adds a lot of tonal combinations to work with.
