Sadly, I’m betting it never happens. The the vast majority of people would have to be told the name of that band that did ‘that’ song. And they could care less about Leslie West. Us music nerds break down his tone and style but really Mountain didn’t have that much impact musically, so even though a band like MC5 isn’t in many people’s conscience they were at the vanguard of a burgeoning style, so have more long term relevance.
