John could do more with 4 strings than some of today’s guitar players can do with 6, 7 or 8 strings..... and not break out in a sweat doing it. He never moved after all. Just stood there and played some seriously nasty bass guitar.

his bass technique -- or some say LACK of -- was truly a FORCE to be reckoned with --- GO OX!!!!!!

Hanging in the LOBBY of the DEan Factory his ACTUAL jacket-- I was also able to fondle one of his USA MAde Dean Signature basses.
IF I had a few grand lying about to purchase3 a bass with --- Id have a hard time between this and a BC Rich early USA era Eagle---or Mockingbird
