I hear they make a good bass amp that Traynor company-- never had the pleasure of trying one though---- as far as bass amps go I am rather set on Hartke.

From what I hear like you say they make good Bass amps, Cmon eSGEe try one, try one you can do it ! afraid of the other side hmmmm!:D

Ive tried many Bass amps -- short of an AMPEG all tube rig-----Ive not found anything I like as much as the Hartke -- the KUSTOM was a very good bass amp-- but it was TOO MUCH bass amp for my little 10x12 cell---- so --why hide its light under a basket-- it needs to be OUT and roaming the bars and pool halls of SWAMPNECKISTAN pounding floors and vibrating ear drums!

Here's a Bass amp for you Adrian.,,,,

I have my Marshal half stack, I admit i really don’t use it much, for now, but to me it’s art, I have pics on the wall i dont play, and my half stack just looks as good.

Art is in the observer, a Marshall Half stack is art

Half stack takes up a lot of room. I still have this setup i bought for my previous band:

One thing I will say - the entire rig shown was less than $200.00 and sounds really good....

Music students love plugging in and taking half-stack selfies...

What sort of amp do you rock with now?

Hey Ray...well I have an assortment of other amplifiers now and I think my Fender Twin Reverb is my go-to amp. It sure is loud as anything and heavy as hell. I also have a Marshall TSL2000 head but no speaker cabinet for it at the moment. My TSL2000 also needs 4 power tubes which I'll have to bring in the music store to set it up...the biasing and such. I really dig the Vox DA-5 battery powered amps which are great for personal practice or busking.:yesway:
