Thats April. SHe is a Blue Front Amazon --- we also have a Yellow Front (Clancy) and a Double Yellow Head (Eddie) Amazons as well...all rescues. ---- the previous owners said this bird was vicious.........does she look vicious to you???? (Clancy on the other hand CAN be vicious and has bit us-- though NOT to the degree they CAN bite you--- more like warning "nips")

Actually today was Aprils Maiden Voyage on my shoulder.......a BIG step for her......we let THEM determine the speed of their interaction and the amount we have some that NEVER get to this point but are content to talk and sing and "hang out" without out touch...others get down right cuddly.....April is working toward cuddly.
