Ivan H Ambassador of ...

I accept the decision, Ivan, but you'll always be my Ambassador of Tracky-Dacks and Shark Biscuits! ;)

Around here we call "Shark Biscuits" Shark Bait, IE, those who swim or surf further out and further away (left and right) to the main swimmers. I usually swim in the marked safe area and only once the BAIT is in place.
Tracky-Dacks = I don't care how I look, I've given up and probably don't wash either.

LOL!

been "like a lizard drinking" for the last couple of days. :-)

I'm kinda surprised that this hasn't had a response,,, maybe people know this one, flat out like a lizard drnking.
Appreciate the cool ambassadorship & all the neat suggestions guys, thanks muchly. So I suppose I should now get a tube project or two under way to share here. Maybe a "starved plate" type tube distortion pedal. I've built these type things for friends in the past, using a 12AX7 powered with around 18 ~ 20VDC, hence the name "starved plate" as its being starved of supply voltage. Or maybe a small amp that can function as an amp, or with switchable degrees of "starvation" ala the "fuzzkinator" design. We'll see. Thanks again guys. Cheers
