I wasn't big on "hair" bands...wrong demographic, but one of the few I enjoyed was Winger, I thought Reb Beach was a killer player. I'm not certain if this is the right forum to post this, but here goes...

I went to see Warrant and Winger live for my birthday and disappointedly Kip was the only member able to make it as the rest were stuck in the airport. He had a vintage Gibson acoustic he recently acquired and impromptu did an entire solo show. Super impressive musician and player.
Yeah Reb's an absolute monster guitarist, he even basically invented his own style of tapping. Rod Morgenstein is also an ace drummer and Paul Taylor on top of being a session level keyboard player also played rhythm guitar (often in the same song live). They're almost undoubtedly the most talented hair band as a whole (sorta like the prog bands where everyone is masterful).
