I've had a constant ringing in my ears the last 10-15 years, from I get up in the morning and until I go to bed.
An ear doctor can also help you state that.

I've had tinnitus for over 30 years. Stress and anxiety will make the symptoms more intense. No cure either. AFAIK, anything that claims to be a cure is pure bull-manure.

I get the random "pop" and immediate "hummmMMMMMMMMMMM" in my ears out of the blue for the past decade or so. I have to hold my hand over my ears and shake it off. Definitely not a good sign lol

...I like setting up to 12th fret harmonics/fretted, and then dial in on 5th and 7th frets if necessary, when setting up a new guitar. If the nut gets replaced/recut, I’m very attentive to set up the first couple of times, but once I get a feel....it goes routinely afterwards.

....oh yeah....I do use a tuner....these days it’s a Peterson stomp box...like this:

Right now, that particular Peterson model (StroboStomp HD) can be purchased new at $120. IMO, it's the best tuning pedal for the buck out there.That thing looks way above my pay grade.
Love the Peterson strobo tuners. I have one of the older ones: Peterson VSS-C StroboStomp Classic. It is now discontinued, and sold new at $200. You can find these used for $100.
Either one is an excellent investment.
