Carry on. A simple semantics issue. Everyone's opinion is important and their own!
Lower action and thinner strings means pushing lighter on the strings, less chance of out of tune root chords.

Works for me. Pretty much always have a little bit of chorus cranked in. Wasn't aware it helped with intonation though.Intonation blues? Just use a chorus pedal with the depth control cranked…

My two worst offenders are a Gibson 2000 Les Paul Junior the stock lightning bridge is pure garbage
I was buying a custom color Gibson Firebird they decided not to ship it to me
I found a Epiphone 1963 RI China crap the fake ABR bridge rocked back and forth 1/4"
it had metric bushing the body put lock nuts on the stud then a USA Pro Tones ABR bridge it's tight now.

Speaking of out of tune and poor intonation. Late bloomer as a Parrot Head. Found I really enjoy Jimmy Buffett’s music. The guy can sing….. mostly. Studio work is spot on. Live not so much. Every now and then his intonation would go just a tad off. Like bad tad off. Didn’t matter to concert goers though. The dude put on a show.
