Yes. We have been a 3 guitar band since day one. That feature allowed one guitarist to take on keyboard parts and gave me greater flexibility to sing more complex songs and not have to play/sing simultaneously.
Been going over our songlist and I'm feeling pretty good about everything thus far except Sweet Home Alabama. I still need to work out the solos!!!!

IMHO, 3 guitarists is about 2 too many guitarist for most bands I've been in. I think you'll be fine.
