I'm Bored - Need a Board:

Robert, for a board you could also check out the Moen range (they call them a pedal "bridge"). They are not expensive & reasonably built. Something like the pedal bridge junior should suit your needsC__Data_Users_DefApps_AppData_INTERNETEXPLORER_Temp_Saved Images_untitled(9).png
I have a larger model with road case & it has served me well. The rungs have the Velcro tape already applied & the tape for applying to pedals is supplied. They also supply power bricks. Hope this helps. Cheers

Whoa!
I used velcro on the Furman and the Boss board uses cutouts.

Can I see a wide angle shot of that board, Don????

A lot of nice looking boards here. I've never had a board with on onboard power supply but they look nice. I've never used more than a few pedals at a time live and generally used the stage floor as my board. I did have one board for a while and it was homemade.

I use Velcro.
Some boards use cable ties and
Smitty does something else.

Smitty?
Where are you?
Get in here and explain please.

I do use Velcro on some pedals. However, for pedals that have a rubber backing on the bottom, like a lot of Boss or Ibanez pedals, I don't use Velcro. I've actually peeled the rubber backing off some pedals like that when I just tried to pull the pedal off the board. Some Velcro is that strong.

So, for Boss and Ibanez pedals I make an anchor wire from hanger wire or another thick wire.

Then, I will screw the wire to the board, such as on my Tubescreamer below:

Keep in mind, this method has drawbacks if you frequently switch pedals. I don't. My board is highly customized, but not very customizable...if you get the difference.

I built it to allow customization within the context of how I'd likely change things on my board.
