Dweezil is one of my all-time favorites. I attended one of his master classes back in 2016. He's a great dude. Always wanted to go to the retreat but it's too far away and I'm not fond of air travel in the least. I will probably never again pay for the inconvenience of flying.

I didn't know much about him when I went, but I sure as heck came away with an impressive opinion of the man. It didn't take long for him to make me and everyone else welcome. Truly a gent.

Nope... they got salt/pepper/garlic powder rub and are going low/slow in the oven. Will finish with BBQ sauce under the broiler
