I'm a PRS nut...

OK... how about one more for today?
Now loving the rosewood neck on the McCarty I started getting the idea that I wanted a piezo to help me with some songs in my cover band.
It took months of searching to find the right deal and it finally came up on Reverb (a horrifying candy store).
So I pounced on this baby...
A 2012 P22 with rosewood neck and gold hardware. I changed the gold tuner buttons to ebony.

Pulled the pups and found out it was a NAMM guitar...

Super comfy Pattern regular neck, nice 57/08 pups and with the blend of piezo is incredibly versatile!

I found it here...

And then found the maker here...

Lots of very cool workmanship.
Nice! I bought one of their TRC's for my Taylor GS Mini. Nothing too fancy, but it always stares at me at night!

OK... One more before I go make dinner...

As stated earlier, I have my eye on numerous sites looking/lurking at deals. Yet again CL revealed a deal. It was about an hours drive for me, but hey it was Saturday so who cares, right?
I wasn't REALLY thinking I'd get one of these, but it taunted me... it begged me to buy it! So... as usual I asked the seller if they'd take a certain price, but this time no. Nope... listed price or nothin'. Knowing that she knew that was fair I went for it anyway, drove out there and came home with...

A 2018 "First 500" Silver Sky with hard case/signature plaque in Onyx.

With a very rare flamed maple neck... Haven't seen another like that yet...

With her sister, the 305 earlier shown...

If you've ever been on the fence about a Silver Sky, have no fear. The radius is NOT an issue at all. The pups are to die for. Playability is a dream.
I got lucky... again.
