To begin with, I welcome all new members with open arms and an open heart. I for one am happy to have you here. Your knowledge, experience and fellowship is greatly appreciated and we are fortunate for you to have selected The Tone Rooms to participate in sharing your life with. I do understand that there were some members at MF that had some rivalry and disagreements over there with other members. Some of those unfortunate experiences have recently found their way here. Please remember what happened in the Marshall Forums, stays in the Marshall Forums as far as any and all negativity that happened there, does not belong here. All the good experiences and info is very welcome here.
You do not see this place plastered with advertisements. We are not a business, not even a not for profit business. I do not make any profit from this place, our moderators do not get paid for their services. We are are a member supported forum and and we do not sell out to any one or any corporation. We do it all for the love of music and the long time members here all look at each other as family. Sometimes a dyslectic family, but family none the less. We are not a heavy fisted, ban hammer happy community and very few members have ever been banned in our almost 10 years of existence! We like it this way and hope y'all will like it here to!!! If you have a hard time with a member that started on the other forum, take it there to dish out, please don't poop in our house, keep your poop there. Unfortunately some members have tried to use our living room to drop their feces and it is not appreciated. If you don't like a member here, you can block them so you do not have to be offended by them here. Go someplace else to take your quarrels. If a moderator here gives gives you advice, take it. Not with a grain of salt, but as gospel! They will not bring this to your attention without due cause. Anyone, new members and old alike will be shown the door if you can not accept and follow this request. There will be no further discussion of this and no more warnings. If you can't play nicely with others, you will be escorted off of this playground.
