That is tough. The P guitars are beautiful with piezos. One Custom 22 is from the PRS Experience and all done up. The Studio is unique and versatile.

BUT if I had to pick one type of PRS, I would take the Custom 24 preferably with a non-adjustable hard tail. I like how the frets and body fall with the 24 frets. It is very playable. It is the one that started it all and made the company popular.

Hard to get a Piezo nowadays. From what I hear you have to buy a Private Stock guitar...
 
Is that the baritone? Saw one of those the other day, I still have no idea what the baritone bit means, looks really good though and kind of almost affordable
No, just a regular 335 style guitar, but if I recall correctly, there is a baritone version of the Viking. Baritone means that it has significantly longer scale length and thicker strings. Kinf of in between a guitar and a short scale bass.
