If there could be only one...

No doubt, it would be my '94 Ibanez S540. It not sound like a Gibson but it's the best guitar I own.

Love that! I have a 91 540SLTD that's on my "sell and utterly regret it" list. But, I never play it 'cause the middle single coil gets in the way of my sloppy picking technique. It started life in red, but I had a buddy paint it in Corvette "Blue Me Away". Honestly, I'm tempted to get one of those Guitar Wall Cases and hang it for art.

I did the whole, run the pup down into the body thing, but that just bugs me even more since it looks weird. So, for now, it just sits in a case in the closet...

Mine it's S540LTD too but it's black. When it was new you can saw a flame maple top on It. It has different pickups than your Ibanez. All original parts except volume pot, bridge springs (OEM parts) and Dunlop frets.
