I'd like to announce...............

Grant, I was just over 236 this morning. Hoping to find 230 by next week. I will admit a potentially positive factor on my outlook too. As of the past few days, my low back pain has lessened to it's least severe I have felt since around Feb.

This means I actually feel better strength in legs to actually walk without feeling like my legs will give out or my back will take my breath away from the pain. As Goo showed, walking can really work wonders.
Another thing that sucks is I hate even mentioning I live in pain as I have done so all my adult life, but never let it prevent me from an active life. Sadly, when it starts to weaken my legs and subside real slowly, I feel like I suck.

beetles--- get some beetles.....

What kinda pup? Gibson or Fender lol
What do beetles have to do with anything. Was never that much into beetles or stones. More into cream and Sabbath.

I don't think Sabbath, Cream, The Stones or The Beatles will help you but "The Beetles' will.
Gotta love the old Dung Beetle.

I know I do --- if it wasnt for the little buggers Id be out shoveling up the yard at least once a week.......These little guys allow me much more time to play guitar horribly and terrorize the planet.

So basically you have a herd of assorted animals that are a
s#it factory and a swarm of bugs that clean it up by eating it.

Earth is not a nice place and Mother Nature is not a nice lady.

Its more like a menagerie ......
The majority are rescues.....many have individual health or mental/emotional issues. But we try and provide a nice place for them to live out there lives--- and they all seem happy.....I NEver get any ugly notes in the suggestion box......

They don't post to your suggestion box because they all know they are more grounded than the crazy bloke who feeds them :-)

I weighed in at 247 this morning. I think I need to reward myself with a new guitar

Damn I was around 224 down to 206 last wk weighed my self this wk dammit no lose still 206
I'm trying to get to maybe 194-195 I'm 6.2 so 195 would be okay . don't stop guys every LB we shed
is a good thing!!!!

Frank, If I were 6'2, I'd feel like almost normal at 236 lbs, but for a 5'9 guy, I can see my middle is too thick to be good for me.
200 or less is where I need to get to. Ugggh I definitely hate cutting back.

I copy and paste Frank's pictures of his cooking and have even eaten the pictures when I get hungry.
Now ya know why I am fighting the extra lbs.

Love hot, spicy food...especially East Indian...Frank's chili looks good...I enjoy the spice and "kick" of a good chili...I enjoy a good round of explosive flatulence too... :-)
