DUNG BEETLES--- hundreds of em----

I dont have to clean up poop----Shannon does have to clean out the bird cages--- but the dogs, pigs, goats and other 4 legged critters----well poop in the yard---- which is FULL literally of one of the largest populations of "poop beetles" I have ever personally witnessed ---and they are WORKERS boy.

On average the "wASTE" is gone within 24 hours of hitting the ground...... Its a lovely system.... :)
 
I dunno what Adrian had for breakfast, but I'm gonna take the Mrs out for a breakfast burrito. Not any breakfast burrito, but a Lucky Boy breakfast burrito. They have your choice of bacon, sausage or ham, we get bacon and add some brown chili. We buy one, cut it in 1/2 and get our breakfast fix on...

 
I'll hafta pass on those awesome looking burritos and burgers. I am trying to get down under 200 lbs.

For some dumb as reason I cannot drop far under 240 without not eating. It seems I only lose weight if I fast for a week, then eat a little, then fast, then eat a little, then fast, then eat a little...

The hard part is I love good food. Sadly with my aching low back ( bad discs, I barely can walk much let alone exercise or work it off like I used to.
 
I've been living on salad for lunch and dinner for 2 months. Dropped from 280 to 255. Weekends are my time to eat real food but no bread, rice or potatos. All veggie and meat except for a burger on the weekend. I don't eat the tortilla on the burrito but i do eat the spuds

Just thinking of the events of recent postings ---other forums and photobucket and such--- and was thinking --- even though you lot can be real poopie heads at times--- this is a DAMN cool place ---because of the folks involved. :)
