my best friend was 1 of 5 boys in a good catholic family -- day after school let out EVERY YEAR ----his Dad lined em all up and buzz cut em ---

Starting in 5th Grade I was allowed to grow my hair the entire school year and then I had to get a buzz cut for the summer at the value price of 50 cents! That only lasted
two summers and I completely rebelled against my step dad with the full support of my Mom! No more haircuts unless I wanted them...which I did not until my Mom asked
for a nice stylish cut for my Senior pictures!

1972 8’th grade graduation.
Last flat top till about 2000, I did get some different cuts here and there though.
