I don't knoe how close they actually are but the designer designed it as a replacement for his own original JTM45 so it should be at least passable.

It's more than just a pedal, it's a 4 channel 100 watt amp in the size of a pedal. I need a larger pedal board...
I bet if I recorded my JTM 45 that has been converted to all original specs, and the Nano Tubes, you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference.

I think it does a phenomenal job of getting those tones. And once distortion/ overdrive is used they are scary close. The Marshall is playing a tube amp, which is the best playing experience, imho.

But I'd use that nano tubes for my daw recording any day, and much easier to get good tones for recording fast.

It does have the feature of getting broken up tones at controllable volumes.

I either need a pedal, or a really long guitar cable!

Nice A.T.
Yes but it's a bit weird, those broken up tones at low volumes seem to be some solid state circuitry. Most hybrid amps I've tried had the tube in the pre-amp section but this tube is in the power section so to get some tube saturation I either have to play really loud or I have to disconnect the speaker and use the direct out to my monitors. There is also the option of buying a remote control pedal for it that can reduce the output power to the speaker, which means you can get that power tube saturation at lower volumes.

Power tube saturation at low volumes through the direct out sounds like at least one oxymoron but it actually works, there's some clever design behind this I suspect.

Face Covering Wins.
It was the most effective measure by far.
New cases in NYC vs US with timeline of prevention mandates

Stay home and use TTR.
You will be fully protected.

But seriously.
If you go anywhere in public you should wear a mask.
And anyone who works in a store should be wearing a mask.
If you do not take precautions you are risking your own life.

Right now it's a choice.
But people who refuse to take precautions (which is most of them) have already made the decision for you. Unfortunately.
There is now 115,000 people dead from this Virus in the USA alone.

It's not a political issue. It's a life and death issue.
Do you want to keep living?
It's about time to face this reality.

nasal spray (oxymetazoline) kills it too
....Ive been addicted to that for decades-- so .....Im not worried.

I do need to stock up on some though ...............

would LOVE to stay home -- but them bill collectors and food stores, utility companies--- dont like that ........they want $

Really?
Nasal spray?
I had read another theory that goes along with the receptors for THC molecules...
Addendum: lucky there's plenty of both. :rolf:I'm saved.

" The viral attachment protein can be viewed as the “key” that unlocks host cells by interacting with the “lock”—the receptor—on the cell surface, and these lock-and-key interactions are critical for viruses to successfully invade host cells. Many common themes have emerged in virus–receptor utilization within and across virus families demonstrating that viruses often target particular classes of molecules in order to mediate these events. "

I think the theory here is that nasal spray (or alternative) puts a "key" in the lock receptor, thereby blocking another key from being inserted.

"Thus, the virus must first find the lock, then use a specific viral “key” or “keys” to unlock the cell. In some cases, viruses must open numerous locks, much like a doorknob plus a deadbolt lock, in order to invade the cell."

Just what is a Nano Tube? And could it ever be stopped?
Actually nanotube is not a Russian creation, but rather a reproduction of "peanut tubes." The peanut tube was used in portable radios, car radios, before the introduction of transistors.
It is also similar to a 4th generation vacuum tube "Nuvistor," which was introduced to replace tubes like 12AX7 and 6L6 etc. These were also created to last several times longer in life span compared to the glass envelope counterpart.
You could say that transistors ended all these wonderful new vacuum tube developments. But the musical world did not want transistors.

Adrian, speaking of MORE THAN 1 ball. I have always loved and been in awe of surfing and other man vs nature feats of sport.

If you can get an hour or 2 and have cable, look for a movie called Magnetic on Netflix. These guys and at least 1 gal start off surfing 20-25 meter high waves, others ski off the top of the world, and several other " it takes balls" adventures.
