With discussions becoming off track.
Many of my threads and posts in the Marshall Forum were being attacked and deleted / edited / blocked by moderators with an increasing agenda.
Essentially, they are determined to prevent all sides of an issue from being read by forum members.
And these issues which I talk about : are not political issues.
I was the first in the Marshall forum to raise the alarm concerning Corona Virus. This was the longest thread in the history of the Marshall forum.
But the moderators literally hijacked my thread, locked me out of my own thread, took over control of my thread.
Most recently an article about "Super-Spreaders" of COVID-19, which I posted, cited 42 sources of medical references from respected medical journals. (they deleted it)
They will also delete any information relating to the Virus which was published by the World Health Organization.
Basically the finding is:
Research indicated that 80% of all these infections are caused and spread only by few certain individuals.
In other words: we're not really all infecting each-other as previously assumed.
Rather the virus is being spread in a way which few people imagined possible. Mostly Only by certain individuals, who are Super Carriers of the virus.
This was actually really great news, medically speaking.
It suggests that by identifying the "super carriers," the Pandemic could be ended in a few months, rather than years.
The thing that works at MF with me is ... have shared the stage with a few on it & it helps when the BS starts to fly.
Week by week weening off gear sites... they help with research but the amount of false info & personal agendas & the gang mentality is not worth taking the time away from making music.
when the focus leaves the gear & goes into life..it gets tricky ... somethings can be talked about others not,,, like life...let it roll... you can not censor life.. i cant even talk about much in a way ... so gear sites taking my beliefs away...nah... stronger than that..don't need to whine & find others to go after certain beliefs & stifle them.. yeah life is unfair..but still got to get up each morning & be a ,man..go to work..take care of family...community..no matter what the blank is going on

Welcome full time AMS, I've always enjoyed your contributions.
I did read a thread over there last week with some dude just attacking you- on a personal level. Was impressed with your restraint.
I, obviously only speak for myself, but it's good to have you as a member, I know you have helped me on more than one occasion.
If you ever get to where you miss that other place just p.m. me, I will insult you and it'll feel just like being there!
Seriously, good to have you bro.
Too bad because it's got so much potential. I bought my JCM 800 through a member of that forum about 12 years ago or so. I saw a post from Ace Frehley, and was amazed as he was a long time guitar hero. Glad to hear he's been not drinking for years, as people tend to say he was quite the drinker back then.
Cool place here. I'm glad for less oppressive censorship. You mean uncommon ideas are allowed here!?! LOL

Welcome to TTR...@Astral Traveler never mentioned the $100. I shall be having words with him later...![]()

actually thought abut this & talked with Mrs for a bit. Is the social platforms really worth taking any time away from actually living the real life.?.yes info is good..but the social media has become so slanted... so agenda bound. How about we share information-
Non-political, which may help to save somebody's life? Including my life.
Is that so senseless?
Every now and then, I would venture into the Marshall Amp Forum in search of amp-related info. I definitely noticed some of your knowledgeable contributions over there, and took note of your username. But... unfortunately I also noticed a few very condescending and disrespectful replies aimed at you. This type of BS happens a lot at many other forums, and I think it's embarrassing. Allow me to re-welcome you again to TTR... uhm... Welcome to TTR...Now that I hear you guys, I would rather be in this forum than any other.
Thanks
No really, I appreciate you.

Don't be fooled. Vin is absolutely joking about being Ace, it's a longtime running joke.Too bad because it's got so much potential. You've done some good work over there dude, I would hate to see you go for real.....how many 2k series amps have you helped repair over there again? A lot.I worked on tube amps 45 years.
I ran service for Fender, Acoustic, Vox, Kustom, Marshall, Boogie, Gibson, Moog, Peavey and on and on...
I was sharing what I learned in the hope that they could know in 5 minutes, instead of spending decades to find answers.
There were questions that nobody could answer. Lots of questions.
I went after the solutions, because the problems drove me bonkers. I found a lot of my own answers through suffering and testing for hundreds and hundreds of hours.
But because of that, I accumulated a lot of solutions that nobody else thought of.
It didn't make me rich. But I knew the answers.
It's not self promotion. It's preserving an art form that would be lost.
I don't sell any of this.
It doesn't make any money.
I guess I just did it because it was fun.
Awesome! Bravo Sir, your time was well spent, with the exception of spending it on those that did not appreciate your effort - but who knew!I worked on tube amps 45 years.
