I think I fell in love tonight - With a Squire Japanese Strat

Nice looking guitar. Don’t have experience with a Japanese Squire. But I did a set-up job on a Japanese Fender Strat for my son and it was a solid guitar. Kinda wished it was mine.
I sorta know what you mean...I recently bought a Japanese Fender Kurt Cobain Mustang in Fiesta Red for my son and that is one of those guitars that you play and you don’t even fell like you are playing anything, there is just this sound coming from your amp. Plays itself is what some would say. Zero fight from the guitar. Some like to struggle with their instruments, I’d personally rather not and that guitar is the epitome of that!

Love me a white Strat with a maple board.
Though after last night I’m kinda liking them with a rosewood board too...aw mannnn too many bloody guitar options, sometimes makes my head hurt!
I hear ya bro, I want a white
I just got my very first Strat back from my Dad. He gave up learning to play.

I'll post a thread tomorrow...
That would be a great read bro.
Cheers Mitch

I've been using EB 10~46 regular slinky's exclusively for 15 or 20 years. In that time I've only had the string unravel once, about 6 months ago (maybe a little longer), so I wouldn't let it put you off trying them. Cheers
Same here, only 1 unravel, but I have broken many, 90% of the time it’s a D string 60% an A string, Hell I have even broke a couple of low E’s, I have a heavy right hand
