Fabrication Part II...
My feeble attempt at a wooden P90 cover:

I really suck at precision needed for this type of fab. I could not drill all the holes straight enough, and I had to oversize the pole holes to compensate for the misalignment. Maybe a drill press would have helped, but I don't have one. Plus I need to create a precise template to route out the inside of the mahogany cover more efficiently. The Tru-Oil finish on this one is a bit too shiny, and with the camera's flash, it makes the color of the pup brighter than it actually is. I like to try this again if I can figure out how to drill those holes straight.... Tips anyone????????????
