I did not know they were a 400 year old company

I almost pulled the trigger on the Zildjian 400th snare drum

I have quite a few Zildjian cymbals stupid sold my 50" Zildjian gong it was the stand 7' high took up to much room
The Grandmaster master tuned are my best cymbals hand made in Turkey 1998 My 14" hi hats were $1500.00
I lost my Paiste 602 set in the Maui fire still have a 24" Giant Beat, master signature 14" hi hats and a 1950's 602 21" ride
Zildjian A's from the 1930's through 2000's K Ziljian and K Constantinople one of my favorites.
 
A very interesting video, indeed. Makes one appreciate how artisanship in manufacturing can still be maintained and adapted in this technified era.
 
I’m not a drummer, but I have 6 of their product. If I build it, I hope they’ll come !
