I Bought a Farm...

I am! They towed the car I was sleeping in. I was looking for a nice abandoned sedan for a summer place. Then this gem pops up!

As some know my grandfather passed away last year and I inherited the Moto Guzzi 850.

My grandma just turned 94 and she really wanted to keep the property in the family and as
no one else was interested I just bought the place!

28 acres in southern Ohio. 13 acres farm-able and the rest of it woods with a large creek running through it.
2000 sq. ft. house with a 2000 sq ft. full finished basement and a 6000 sq ft. barn.

Also has a heated dog kennel that I can turn into storage or a chicken coup...

Sad to hear about the grand parents, but a super cool farm to own and keep in the family...

Good on ya - they're not making anymore land, so always a reasonable/good/excellent investment, but keeping it in the family is perhaps more important.
