I found this on the interwebs last night. I looked at my '17 SG T and it matches.
So the factory wires them out of phase, or am I over looking something?
Or is this normal so they can rotate the bridge pickup?

We must be cousins because I am Generally Confused.

I am pretty sure turning the pickup 180° has no effect.
It looks like the wiring may be out of phase - BUT The magnet is flipped so north faces the slugs in the bridge and screw poles in the neck pickup. Which puts the 2 pickup IN phase.

Now see ya just had to go and figger this out. I totally missed the hole magnet thing.
I guess I better go back to cutting grass and watching paint dry.

I been so wanting to drink a beer..it just don't go down anymore..maybe the accident has me so on edge till she is better & my phone rings every 5 minutes for work...we is having a beer together when i get to the Swamp...and may all of FL & everywhere else .....be safe from the storm
