Humbucker/Piezo Custom Wiring Help Requsted.

I already have a splitter cable. I already have a stereo jack. What i need help with is a schematic for the wiring. When I get some more time I'll draw up the options I have tried already

I think that the answer is to get a double pull/double throw switch piezo/both/mag and they will each complete their own circuit to the jack. Now I just need to find one in black the same size as a regular pickup selector switch. Already got a big hole and can't fill it with a mini switch.
