How Do You Use The "To What Are Ye Listening" Thread?

I listen and post about equally. I feel it's a good way to find "New" music...

I generally post something for the hey of it and if I see something close by (on the same page) that strikes my interest and take a listen.

I am like Chris. I post and listen to things others post to have a resource of music I glean riffs, new songs, new bands, etc etc etc from.

I think it's a fantastic resource actually. There are so many people here with diverse tastes you can get a whole new repertoire of music to listen to.

That is why I try and listen to everything posted and hope others do as well. I'd hate to think people are in a small box where music is concerned...

Yep, that is why we play drums, bass, guitar, SAXOPHONE.

Agreed, great resource. New stuff I never heard, and reminders to revisit stuff that I know but hasn't been on my radar.

I normally post what I am listening to, but also do quite a bit of listening to what others have posted, even if it’s not something I normally hear/ or have heard before, it’s a classic thread, that will continue on.

I usually post something when I find something unique to post. Something that is not main stream and catches my attention and I hope that sharing it here will bring something new to y'all to enjoy. I personally have been listening to classic rock for 50 years. I still like it, but in most cases I've already heard it. I listen to a lot of modern electric blues now-a-days, but how much Joe Bonamassa can I listen to? While I'm in here I check to see what others have been posting and also when I see a link in Latest Posts I'll click the bait a listen in if I can.
