"Get them both" - best advice!
I'm partial to thicker neck vs super thin, but thinner is not a deal breaker.
I'm not much of a player but am learning what feels more comfortable to me as I stumble around the neck.

to be honest with you i dont really pay attention too much about thick vs thin or any other stuff i just pick up guitar and start banging out tunes or make noise. Dont want to get cought up with too much gear specs , get in a way moving forward with playing.
( in my humble opinion)

Ramo when it comes to specs for me, I only mostly need one thing. A wide enough nut for my stubby fat fingers does work best for me. Although with practice, I could play better.
