Having one of THOSE days today

Sounds like a lot all at once.

Hang tough bro, you're a badass, pull through in better shape than before.

I do get how it's about the wife and kids, but they are strong McBlink peeps, you guys will prevail.

And when you need to vent, you know where we'll be, right behind ya watching your back.
Similar thing happened 6 years ago with our old place. Homeowner decided to sell it, and we had to go. That's how we ended up where we are now and I wouldn't say we traded up lol this place is smaller and was more expensive than our other place. Oddly, it was almost 6 years on the nose at our old place too.

Next time, I'm moving before I get to 6 years in a place. So far that seems to be the magic number that makes me have to move lol

Might be the right time to start thinking about purchasing?

Well, it's never the right time, sounds like you'd like to grow some roots with that beautiful family of yours, and home ownership is the best way I know.

Just food for thought...…...

I'd love to...here's the thing

I don't have any credit whatsoever. I have avoided going that route my entire life. If I don't have the money, I don't buy it and that's it. I have never had a credit card, and up until a few years back, I even avoided having a bank account. Only opened one for the purpose of direct deposit payment while I was working as a critical facilities tech, because my paycheck otherwise would have had to be mailed to me from Massachusetts.

So while I am not under mountains of debt like a lot of folks, I also have about zero chance of getting a loan for a car, let alone a house, with no credit history.

I used to think I was being smart about that stuff but I must admit that right now it's working against me lol

I haven't been working since the end of last year either, and with the covid madness happening it's not as if there's just jobs everywhere to be had. Lots of places are closed or closing, unemployment rate has skyrocketed around here. Speaking of unemployment, I am not receiving any benefits there either. So we're also stretched about as thin as can be right now.

And then I am told I have to move....

So yeah....not sure what I'll do yet but I have to figure something out in a hurry.

That's life. :poo: happens. We'll be alright.

You are among friends brotha.

I'd be proud to have you as a neighbor, anytime you want to move to Arizona, let me know.

Be fun to have another bro local to jam with!

In all seriousness, do NOT let racist's get to you, that is their only victory. Let it all fall on deaf ears, that is the true revenge!

Hang in there, we have your back mang.

Thank you brother thats very kind of you.

i try but sometimes it gets me most of the time i manage not to affect me.

Well today police came had chat with me and they had chat with them , when police came back to mine he said his mother much worse then him ( that explains way he was raised) he said she lives in dark age she still thinks like in 40s and according them we are blacks...

Even if we were what difference dose it make?

All my neighbours from street heard what happened and they are supporting me. They lodged complaint and so did i.

Today they are extremely quite which is very rear from them...

We shall see next few days what happens and im planning to use my light again if i need to which started all this...

This is part of the reason I like the countryside. I don't like having neighbors. I know we don't get to pick and choose sometimes, but boy how I hate having neighbors lol

I dont know how it work over there but usually you dont need credit card to get mortgage or loan. All you need is good credit score , since you are not in debt have you tried to talk you mortgage brokers to see what your options are?

From now on try save up for deposit i know easier said then done but it can be done.
When i got my pl i saved up for 3 years didnt buy anything other food, and still i could not get 100% ownership of the house i own half and other half is government... Slowly im saving up for more deposit so i can buy remaining sharers.

Just have keep plow through

I honestly don't know how it works here either lol

I do know that a few years back, I was thinking about buying a vehicle and making payments on it, but I found that nobody would sell me one without any credit history. Something that they could look at in order to be sure that I was capable of making the payments and so on.

I ended up buying my pickup from a private seller instead and he got paid in full at the time of the purchase.

Give me fifteen minutes more or less.

I will have some info for you in a p.m.

State of Wa?, are you a vet? Anyone in the family disabled?

I have friends in real estate bidness up there, let me see if there's more than one option in your tight situation.

What county?

@Ramo
Hope things settle down and work out for you.
Racism is a horrible thing.
In this country false claims / accusations have become a weapon used to silence or "cancel" anyone who disagrees with the leftist political ideology.

@mcblink
Start building your credit score with store or gas station credit cards if you cant get the standard Visa or MC, etc., or the same goes for those too.
Just make sure you only purchase what you know you can pay and pay the whole statement off.
Dont carry balances and you wont pay interest.
Just use the cards to purchase items in place of the cash.
Use the cash you would have spent on the items to pay the card off.

I did this for decades and now and then made a purchase it took a few months to pay off but mostly never paid interest.
Then I got married, had children, and we struggled with debt for a time.
Once we got things stable, we live within our means.

Just dont drink and scope out the web for guitar gear.

I dont buy lunch or morning coffee, etc. or any other daily or regular spending I dont need.
I got used to it so long ago, and didnt have a hard time adjusting to it.
I dont feel like I am missing out at all.

I use credit card at Walmart, Shop Rite (grocery), liquor store (the most transactions each month, lol), Paypal on line, etc.
and we pay the statement.

My wife just now texted me our property taxes just went up $150/ quarter.

A lot of wisdom in this post.

Well done my friend. Definitely a deep post.

Mcblink you are a ghost. I used to run into it every once in a while doing the Harley financing. You basically don't have a credit score. Do what jtcnj says and get a gas card or something similar to get on the credit radar. No normal financial institution will loan you money without a credit score unless your grandpa owns the bank. I know a guy who hasn't had a job in 30 years, is worth a couple mil but pays for everything. He has a great relationship with his bank, but I couldn't get him a loan on an $18k Harley. He just wrote a check for it.
