Have you ever had a supernatural experience?

I just read a thread about this in another forum and some of the replies/stories were really, really interesting...

So, have you ever seen anything that you believe was supernatural or maybe alien?

P.S. This is a forum where sense of humor is highly appreciated and valued, but if I can suggest one thing, let's try not to make too much fun, serious replies will certainly make this thread VERY interesting!

Yes, indeed I have. I also believe in the possibilities that many consider to be improbabilities or even impossibilities. In my younger days when I was a mechanic I had painted on my toolbox "The impossible just takes longer". I have experienced Déjà vu. I have experienced what I believe to be a shift in dimension. Someone very close to me died on the operating table and came back to tell me what she saw while on the other side. I believe. What I believe scares me sometimes.

Yeah, my departed grandfather would watch and follow me occasionally when I was in my 20's.
When I tried to corner him he had a great way of disappearing.
I think he figured I was doing OK and stopped.
Before anyone ask, drugs weren't involved.

My parents say (I don't remember anything of it) that when I was a toddler I saw my deceased great-uncle standing next to my father, who was reading on his bed.

I pointed my finger and said "look mommy, that's great uncle over there". She said "no, that's your father." And I replied "no, dad's the one with the book. Uncle's standing next to him, dressed in green".

This great uncle of mime had passed away before I was born, and I had never even seen a picture of him at the time, so I couldn't possibly know he had been an Army officer (Brazilian Army uniforms are olive green).

I have not had any experience that I would categorize as supernatural. I'm not at all superstitious by nature, completely areligious, and I believe that anything can be explained scientifically if properly analyzed. But, I'm open to anything that comes at me with proof so I try to keep my mind open about other people's experiences.

I've had plenty of experiences that I could label as supernatural should I so choose. Fortunately there is always a natural cause available. The nearest you can reasonably get to a claim of the supernatural is "I don't know". And that is where you have to stop.

Haha, I was waiting for you to chime in with this answer.

Or start. Thank goodness we have folks of your caliber pursuing the answers.

You're right. Most of modern science was inexplicable in the ancient world and we still have things that look plain spooky - like quantum entanglement. But we will find out how they work, and when we do the answers will form part of our natural understanding. One of the reasons I hate the supernatural as an explanation is that besides not being an explanation at all, it is a copout. All it does is shuts down further study that could lead to a real explanation.

This is a true story and I have witnessed back in 2012 alien phenomena late at night on a nearby golf course. I saw drones flying around the forrest areas of the golf course and red orbs flying around the course itself. I had a front row centre seat to what I witnessed and this happened for a few months. I remember as I was walking along the fairway a group of worms coming up from the grass and turning into geese marching along the way. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and witnessing! I even saw a phantom unicorn on one of the greens. I was frightened at first but after a few visits I found they were harmless. I told someone of this and he believed me. He also saw himself but not as close as I did. He explained they were UFO night crawlers and found a YouTube video that shows pretty much exactly what I have seen. I set up a tent every night at the golf course inside the forrest and the red orbs were circling my tent. One entered and it was like a round red glow but I didn't feel threatened. It was an experience that I will never forget.
