Happy Veterans Day to All My Brothers in Arms...

Allow me to say a huge Thank You to my brothas that served.

My family and I thank you for your service, and for all the freedoms that I take for granted.

Thanks for this great country that you have protected for me, my family and friends.

You guys are the best!

I did not serve, though I grew up during the Viet Nam conflict in S.E. Asia.
By the time I graduated high school, there was no draft, so I never had to register with selective service.
However my father was drafted into Korea in 1950.
Through his service I became a member of VFW Post 9226 and American Legion Post 135, where I now serve those who served.

Freedom isn't free, it was earned for us by current and previous generations that we owe a huge debt of gratitude to, to insure the safety of every
American. This is exactly why I am a volunteer & Post member of two such fine organizations . Its a small way for me to say Thank You to those that have given me my freedom. Without wanting to step over political or religious lines, I just have to say God Bless America and our troops home & abroad.

Same here Hack. I graduated 1972. I was registered for the draft. But I have a late birthday and as it went, the draft was canceled before I turned 18 in October. My dad served. His best friend was killed in Nam.

So absolutely. Thank you everyone that has served this country. Protected our freedoms to do what we do in America. It ain’t always pretty..... but it’s who we are.

I often think what it must be like to go from everyday life to grabbing a weapon and putting your life at risk. Then there are those who volunteer to risk themselves for the saftey of others. Then there are those who lost their lives for the saftey of others. These are debts that cannot be repayed, and should never have to be endured. Thank you all. I wish the best always for each of you and for those your love.

Grand fathers and Great Uncles WWII
Father Vietnam
I was raised in a military household but there wasnt a War to champion and I went into fatherhood instead.

I have much respect for all who served

THANK YOU !!!

Without you we all could not do the voodoo we do

Very sorry its belated but we should all be thanking a Veteran everyday, regardless. From the very bottom of my heart: thank you to all who have served here, stopped your lives in the normal day to day existence to protect and defend the rest of the country and to basically help give us the freedom to be able to sit here talking like we are now. We all owe you a massive debt that we couldn't possibly ever repay you for, but we will be forever grateful to.

Thank you all!download.jpeg
