I would say the majority of Canadians do, but there are some that have ham, or both.

We haven’t done a “traditional” Thanksgiving meal in years. Pretty much we do almost anything other than turkey. Couple years ago my youngest and his wife did a 5 course Mexican meal for Thanksgiving. Each course matched up with a specific wine….. some courses matched with the same wine. Anyway….. it was amazing.
