Just got back from the store.
All the Mexican restaurants will be jammed tonight and I don't do well in crowds, so it's fajita fest at Casa del Hack .
Got some corn tortillas, some chicken tenders & some beef tenderloin, peppers, onions, farmers cheese and some Cholula sauce.
Also the customary Negra Modelo for the Mrs. And a box of Dos Equis for me.
Sure would like some real Guac, but I don't know how to make it.
This will be my first CdM living close enough to the border to see Mexico if I look that way. And I live in the restaurant/bar district of town. Not sure if I should be excited or scared.
