Happy birthday eSGEe!!

THANKS GUYS!!!!

WOW I am flattered......this isnt a "biggie" # wise so not really making much hoopla--- been mowing and doing yard work--- took the misses to the Lowes for plants and garden crap--

Spending the day on the ROAD--- taking a FULL truck load of stuff up to the kids and Grandkids in Live Oak Fl. tomorrow--- belated Christmas (long story) --- get to spend some time with the Grandbabies for my Birthday --- not much better way to spend it than that ;)
 
It was actually filled with a lot of nothing----
no gifts---per say--
no cake---
no B-day song---

but it was filled with a nice long drive on a sunny day with the misses--- laughter and joy and grandkids chasing me and being chased around the trampoline--- big bear hugs ----swinging on swings....taking them walking through the North Fl. woods....throwing rocks in a pond--- chasing ducks---petting horses---and later my Son in Law pulled out some of his prized guns (my favorite was the .45 cal. Henry rifle) and we did some good ol ADULT fun target shooting rouge refrigerators and evil washing machines and one old broke down jeep that lurk on the property
----smoked pork butt of the Inlaws traditional family recipe (N Carolina vinegar base and all day smoking) along with fresh fish from the Florida keys caught last week......

I enjoyed that day more than any store bought trinket or bauble --- or Latinum for sure---

thanks for all the well wishes YES --- it was TRULY a great day!
 
I missed the official day Saturday, but we had a good kickoff to festivities Friday at lunch.
