Well my Wife and I should be at our summer home, But she had cataract surgery on Wednesday, so after she saw the Doctor Thursday we thought we could go up. well he said no you just had major surgery so we have to stay home until Thursday next week at that time she will have another visit then maybe we can go. So I had some time today to go to one of my favorite shops. I was in visiting with the Guy's , when 5 young men showed up about the ages of 14. They were looking over the guitars and a few of the Boys plugged in. I was impressed with these Young men, the one fella was playing some Clapton and the other fella was playing some Eagles. So I wondered over and starting chatting with the youngins nice kids. The one Ladd said he was going to see the Eagles this year he said he could hardly wait to see Joe Walsh, that's his guitar guy. I told him I was happy for him and when he goes to have fun. I told him I am working on a Joe Walsh song he asked me which one , I told him Wrecking ball, he didn't know that one but when he got home he was going to look it up on the computer. It was great to see these young chaps like to play rock. It shows me there is hope for the next Generation to continue in this genre of music, its encouraging . We talked for a while longer about some chords and they had to get going. Good young Men, They made my day!!

Hope the wife's eyes heal well and quickly.

Now, if these young fellas can take this good old rock 'n roll, make it their own and churn out something original then we may have a bit less of this rubbish going on:

you know that if starts to see better, she may not be a pleased with you as she once was. I know when my wife got her glasses, she looked at me and asked who the hell I was.

Seriously, I wish your wife a speedy recovery.
