Guitar Gear Trends That Are Dying

Marshall has always been my tone though I was never content with the flexability or lack there of with their amps and heads. I Needed a 4 channel amp but one never existed until later and still I personally wasn't crazy about the sound of it even though I bought it. The day I landed the Satriani signature model I never looked back and my tone/configuration hunt was over for good. I went through so many substitutes and kluged configurations trying make things happen for years. Finally that was over. I did end up getting an additional Satriani head in blue just because I had to get the limited edition model as well. I've never bought another amp since. Don't need to either.

I can care less what comes an goes because I'm all set. Now actually playing is another story. Lol.

It's a one of a kind for sure. Satriani was a real fan of the 30th Anniversary 6100 and toured with it for years. This amp is basically that with an additional channel, noise gate, and a few other bonuses that are pretty sweet. One of the coolest things is Joe kept the 4th channel as a duplicate of the 3rd ...it's simply just an additional channel. He didn't feel the need to drive the gain even further just because another channel was added to the amp. Makes sense and is out of the box thinking on his part; especially since the 2nd and 3rd mode of the 3rd channel is mind blowing distortion enough.

He went with the blue color for his amp and the limited one ...more of a "pay homage" to the 6100 again. Pretty cool.

When is the trend of "always having a toque on your head" dying ???
For me it’s usually a ball cap. Most often to hide the bad hair day I’m having….. or maybe the fact a lot of my hair has left me. :pound-hand:

Hey now.... I talk to myself pretty much non-stop. Habit I picked up working behind a parts counter. I've done a non-scientific survey and it would seem all parts people talk to themselves. Who knew I should have been recording myself for sharing on social media.
You know it’s Okay to talk to yourself. If you argue with yourself that’s a little weird, but if you lose the argument :ohno::blink::hmmm:

Or doing it for clicks thinking they will be the next Beato and monetize the channel. Only so many can be an "influencer" D@mn I hate that term.
That's funny you say that. I was having a conversation about that exact topic "influencer" of what ? Sheep ? Lmao
Pantera had a album called " the great souther trend kill."
Great tittle , Dime would be so pissed with that garbage.
