Oh MAN... I'm a MOD MACHINE! None of my guitars seem immune from me finding SOMETHING that would make it more to my liking!

Most of this modding activity started when I began putting together my own Teles a few years ago... now, no more off the rack Teles for me - assemble them all from separate components so that every last piece is JUST what the doctor ordered for me.

Trouble is, I'll see a Tele body that I really like and I'll snag it.

Then, of course, it's going to need a neck.

And, some pickups.

And, new electronics to match the pickups.

And a bridge.

...and, and, and... before you know it, I've got ANOTHER Tele! (I think I'm at 14 Teles now - JEEZ.)

Then you will have enuff parts to build a new tele and start the process all over again.

Good catch. Plus, I only need one volume pot and one tone pot anyway - like a Tele - works for me! (I prefer the steel Tele control knobs, too.)

In truth, I'm fine without any tone knobs too. On guitars with tone controls, I put in No-Load pots and pretty much never take them off of No-Load.

Oh I know. I just converted about 5 teles to H-H. I love how they hang, but I don't dig the twang!

It's small, but cozy... kind of like my "man cave". Fortunately it has a large walk-in closet for more guitars and storage of all the extra crap that goes with modding and such.

Oh, one other thing, @DHart...

You need your chores assigned.

Currently, all the indoor latrine cleaning duties are covered by other members.

However, the outdoor latrines at the Arena/Sportsground/Monster Truck Pit need cleaning. You can take care of that every Thursday evening. Also, we need someone to clean the grease traps in the kitchen. You can do that every Wednesday.

You’ll find the cleaning supplies in the basement by the boiler.
