I don't get to often with the bands bit I did get to just make up some stuff a few years back at a gig. I love crankin on the blues. I did post this in the Riffmasters thread.

I was just too young and I don’t know that he ever got to my part of the country. But Rory was just a fire cracker, seems to me he would be kind of like a hockey match, it’s good on TV but when your there to see the blood and the speed it’s just how it’s supposed to be.

I only recently got into his stuff within the last year or so. I had no idea what I was missing, he was great!

I had heard the name when I was young from guitar magazines, but never heard any of the music until maybe 10 years ago. He should have been at least as big as Johnny Winter or Gary moore.

I think he probably was in his heyday, but that was before my time.
