Godin Core wth P90s

I forgot to mention when I was in the shop yesterday checking out the Core. Are any of you Max Webster fans, well when I was in the zone playing the Core, there were people coming and going I took a quick look to my left about six feet from me a guy just looking at guitars had on a took and bulky winter coat never thought anything about it. After he left Tony from the store said did you see who that was. No I said there was a guy with a took on, he said that's the guy it was Kim Mitchell. He came by to see the store Owner. Man I would have liked to have spoken with him.

The trick is to have all of your guitars the same colour, she'll not notice a new baby.
I have a friend who gets a new BMW (bike) every time a new version comes out, always gets same colour and his wife is none the wiser, true story.

I've seen Max Webster live back in the 90's here in my home city of Oshawa east of T.O. Kim sure is a great guitarist and has been an influence on me. Glad to hear your a fan too...cool story me friend.

Yes BlackSG91. I am a Kim Mitchell fan he is a local Boy. I haven't learned it yet but there is a song thats on the top of my list can you guess what it is? ROCKnROLL Duty!! Now this is a Great rocker song.(y)

You can say that again...I remember when that video came out on Much Music and it was a good rocking tune. Kim can sure play some mean licks on his guitar. He used to DJ for Q107 radio station but I guess not no more.

Ah ha! I found a review on your white Godin Strat guitar Blues Session 5. The guitar sounds pretty darn good especially with the bridge pick up which looks like a mini-humbucker in single-coil format.

Yes BlackSG91 it does it has a Seymour Duncan JBjr rails in the bridge. I love this guitar and the HDR just adds to its playability. And even though my new Godin Core CT is an exceptional guitar, This Progression Strat will continue to be my #1 go to guitar.
