I've been having issues with my Two Notes Captor so I contacted the manufacturer. They are based in Europe so the replies have been slow to start. Then, before today, the last update they sent me was over 5 days ago. So, yesterday morning I realized that I purchased it through Sweetwater and called their tech support. I got an RMA to send it to them for repair but they said that the repair might not be possible based on the description. I sent it off to them yesterday afternoon regardless.
Today, I was asking in a FB group about recommendations for other DI Load boxes because my Two Notes customer service experience hasn't been all the stellar. Someone in the group tagged a person, and that person turned out to be the US tech support rep. He messaged me and said, "send it to me and I'll send you a new one!"
If I had just waited a day to ship this off, this could have been all done with. LOL
