This time trying to block Collings from using headstock design....

I know Gibbo lost in Europe -- they got some damn busy lawyers that Gibson Co.

Me, I just ignore this lawsuit like all the other - lol. If I like the guitars the two company's are making and they are going at it head to head - well, I'm ignoring them going to head to head and buying their guitars - lol...

If I were on the jury I'd vote nay as the gibbos headstock was " Open Book " design and the Collins isn't really close to that. And I imagine we will have to pay for that w/yet another raise of prices and a kick in the chops of quality!
