Gibson Gene Simmons collaboration

dude...............................................................................

sorry kiss lovers Gen is dushbag.... cant stand the guy...

I got to hang out with him back in the late 80s when a band I'd just joined had just released their 2nd album. He was super interested in the band, got a copy of the album and was really cool to hang with. Years later I was very briefly in a band with Brian J and he told us all kinds of fun stories of hanging out with Gene when he first signed Keel.

Not sure what's informing your opinion, but my interaction with him, and the interactions with him from friends and bandmates has always been very cool.

my opinions are from interviews I've seen, how he thinks everything has to be about the money or his ego.

I don't care about his personality. Those first 5 Kiss albums (and arguably at least half of the 6th one) are some of the finest hard rock the '70s had to offer, which means some of the best ever. And all I can say about the makeup/persona is that unless you were a kid/teenager at the time looking for a tribe to call your own you probably just wouldn't understand: the look has not aged well but the music is still just as amazing as ever.
