Back in September my daughter that lives up near Chicago invited to come stay with her and her husband and my granddaughter for a week, she also surprised me with an all expense trip to Affordable Dental to get implants, so I'm slowly dealing with temporary teeth and learning how to eat and talk all over again.
So what does this all have to do with a 55 year old monkey? Well my daughter and her husband are non smokers and the Periodontist told me smoking would really slow the healing process down, so I did it, I've quit smoking, in fact I'm over a month into it, it's been a rough ride, I've been a smoker since I was 13, but I'm doing it, so far so good! I'm starting to feel a change too, I can actually breath!!!
