I have been spending much time fondeling the Ampegs at the Guitar Sinner and other places.......HOWEVER -----(I totally blame Owegi) I now have MONUMENTAL gas for a KUSTOM tuck and roll rig!

Cool Amp. Is for sale here locally. If you don't get it I may want to. Fer realz mang.
Check Traders Pawn in Winter haven last time I was there they had like 3 or 4 models of tuck and roll goodies---- silver---blak and royal blue I saw for sure----all gutiar ones and a P.A. though--- no interest to me

I keep trying others........but this Girl has been with me going on 5 years now------ that is LONG in the tooth round the Ferengi camp-----its just damn good----and cost me 60.00 NEW --delivered from M.F. on a close out----
simple--- yet with useable features--- amazing sound and great rich tone for a "low end" amp

Thanks for the tip. I'm specifically looking for the 250 guitar amp like I used to have. I have a line on one locally, just gotta decide whether to do it or not. I want one, mostly because I had one type thing, but they're pretty pricey now days.

I didnt see any prices on the one there ---- I also noticed that MOST the gear that was on the walls 2 months ago (last time I was by there) was STILL there ---even the Little Korean BC RIch I made them an offer on and they wouldnt accept--- if I was really in a MOOD I woulda swung at the ball again---- but frankly I just smiled and walked away --- obviously the gear side of things arent that important to them......the KUSTOMS had an inch of dust on them--- you would think this would indicate a desire to sell.....but obviously not.....

I guess if you got it for low enough --- you can wait out your "price" but 250 for a Korean BC Rich (in NOT imaculate shape) bolt neck.....no tremolo...naw.....I can do better on Amazon-- NEW.

Hey! I have one of those!

Love it too!
That's a guitar cab though...the amp does bass well too, but preferably through a bass cab(or two).

DO IT!!!

That Kustom just looks nice sitting there. It's been so long since I've played one I can't remember much about it other than I owned it, gigged with it, liked it, and wish I never got rid of it.

THAT is quite the lineup!

I've rearranged a couple of times since that picture. Now the Kustom is on another wall, to the right, where it waits for a guest player, or gets some exercise from me occasionally.

Those Kustom amps are monsters to lug around, but man do they have a fat clean sound!
It is just an awesome amp to plug in to. I'm lucky to have the privilege.

If I could make a list of the top Bass Amps I'd love having, it might start with believe it or not a well reputed Solid State amp or 2, , and then a legendary beasts and some modern offerings.

1st would be an Acoustic 360
2nd a GK 800RB
3rd Ampeg SVT
4th Sunn Model T/ Coliseum
5th Mesa Boogie 400+
6th David Eden World Tour
7th Mark Bass,,,,,,,,,
And is $$$$ were no object, I might love trying a Walter Woods on for size, ( HAHA small as heck bass heads)

For now I like my Ashdown Mag 300H, but would not mind trying some of their other heads and even a Marshall Super bass too.

mmmmm Marshall Super Bass........ yep--- that list works for me real well might bump the Ampeg up to 1 and the rest down a notch--- but --- you get the picture. ;)

Adrian, I listed the Acoustic as number 1 considering one of my favorite bass players and good friend in my town played one for years till he down sized to an Ampeg Porta Bass. Also a couple old timers played em.
