Funny you should say that. I don't have any way to record except a guitar/bass thru my GT1 interfaced via USB or my phone. Have an idea for Brad's next challenge and may or may not use a "cowbell." Since I don't have one....... Went to the kitchen and got out small SS Skillet and a cast iron skillet. Using a wood muddler as a mallet...... used my phone to record a few "cowbell" clips. Actually didn't turn out too bad.

Cool. I saw Mitch's post with the red strat & realized ,,, grab a riff on the phone quick,. if i didnt do that no way would have the song i just finished, Work was so busy that couldn't do an official record.

No doubt going to use the phone from now on for these random inspiration

Several people here use their phones to record. They do surprisingly well all things considered.

Edit: A lot of us also have the app Dolby On loaded on our phones. That does seem to help in the recording department.

Only lately I’ve had no ideas, so no posts.
