yea, I struggled on this one! its more fast than my ability..... its 225bpm.... I played few times before filming and my hand was slightly tired.Nice!
You look like you were about to break a sweat.
I dont think I can get to that level of picking.
Sounds good SteveThis riff is tough for me, switching between heavy open chords to single note triplets...is that what it's called? It's sloppy, but it is what it is.
I installed a Duncan Distortion in the bridge tonight, so I had to try it out.

Nice work for building speed . I need to go back about 8 years for speed, as I am starting to slow things down to make it sound heavier, when I try to go fast it sounds like crap, maybe I have not found the correct melody to apply it to .Thanks to @Ramo and @Headache Ive decided to not give up on my wrist and start building it back up. You guys motivate me. I put about 3 hours into getting my picking speed back up. I even managed to get a couple of triplets in. Sloppy, but it’s a start. Right now my wrist is feeling it.
Here is where I’m at now. I want to get back to pre-accident picking speed.
Speaking of Ramo, I haven’t seen our friendly neighborhood speed demon post in a few days.
Nothin’ wrong with that. Sounded great.This riff is tough for me, switching between heavy open chords to single note triplets...is that what it's called? It's sloppy, but it is what it is.

@Headache
Steve you know my favorite riff of yours . I tried to play it with out drop tuning, still one heavy hitting piece, the new pick up sounds great. How are you getting along with it ??
Cheers
The majority of the ones I have pulled and replaced I have used the JB in the bridge. A couple of my strats have gotten the invaders.I absolutely love sticking hot pickups in all my guitars. And 99% of the time I choose Duncan. And about 75% of the time Ill get an SH-6 Distortion. They are nearly perfect to my ears.

Good poop as always, that little break reminded me ST. Anger a bit.Finally got my Axe FX hooked back up in my new office/studio and had a chance to play around with some tones for my Solar A2.6.
Still a work in progress, but fun to finally get back to this.
