FRIDAY NIGHT RIFFS

Stay tuned, I ask someone to do the singing on this track and if he dose Ill post here. I can sing some parts ok but overall I need singing lessons:)
I cant sing for jack poop lol i learned that quickly in the band days, trying to find a singer. We all took turns on the mic and i played back my own and said "F%ck this, not even backup vocals" lol

I have found the bassist he recorded his bass parts I have guitarist who learned all the song I sent him, that bassist can sing too but not sure if he can do the both same time. I have other singer interested too so hopefully wont be long till complete line up.

Conveniently drummer has family issues now, so have to wait for him. To jam.

I hope you have smooth transition and all goes well for you.
This song sounds heavy chu chu train chugging down the tracks :)

awesome work and heavy as always.

Glad you're filling up the band. If you lived here I'd sing for ya... and, man, I've had more bands ended due to drummer than anything else. Hopefully you have better luck.

Thank you my friend, I really appreciate that! Lol yeah i gotta upgrade from Audacity and being so "bling bling rich", guess ill get something easier. Did buy a new laptop the other day! But, kids laid claim to it for schooling, so i inherited the old faithful dinosaur laptop we had , just clear out everything and use it for recording lol

Thanks for the kind words on the slow pacer thing.

+1 on Reaper. Free, easy and gives you everything you need for killer mixes.

@Iron1 that is a cool heavy ass bit of doom . I like it and congratulations on your move to the better house. I know moving sucks, our last move is 3 months away from being 20 years ago..
Cheers
Mitch

Thanks Mitch! I might be jamming with my manager soon who is an ex-metal drummer turned country rock drummer, so we're trying to find a common ground that doesn't include face melting speed and blast beats. :ROFLMAO:

Good stuff as always!

You just gotta find the right thing to do backing vox for - it doesn't need to be America - Sister Golden Hair level harmonies, sometimes just channeling emotion is good enough.

That be cool if lived closer but we live world apart lol we can work together over online if you want. :) I always want to work with others, it more fun then working alone.

I am not set in my ways. I constantly seek out new music and new lifeforms, boldly going where no middle-aged man has gone before. For example, I pretty much hate all the music that got me into music at age 10 or so. I can't listen to Poison, Motely Crue, Skid Row, Warrant, Ratt, etc at all anymore. Not even one song usually.

I barely listen to the :poo: that got me into guitar either, like AIC, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, etc. I have even moved on from the stuff I was listening to just a couple years ago now. I always feel the need to find something new to keep me inspired, which is not easy to do, but it's one of my hobbies to seek out new stuff.

I never get sick of Hall & Oates though...long live the kings.

I didnt mean it like playing same songs over and over, I like new music too but from the bands I like. ''The new music'' if that's what I hear at the gym than no thanks, I rather stay where I am.

I detest Poison, Motley was just another local band as was Ratt, Skidrows first album I liked, but I also liked Tesla, Great White was another local band, but I like Marks guitar playing.
I still listen to most of the music I did in the late 70’s and on.
I kind of play that way as well.
Cheers

Love the divebombs and where you're heading here in the overdubs: it will ultimately give this piece an even greater dimension than it already is! Insanely cool
Thanks buddy I appreciate the compliment and support. It is one tool that is bringing me out of a slump.
I know I am not much of a lead player. But I am having a blast.
Cheers
Mitch
