I posted in SAW thread on metal but you must have missed it. here you go.
Nah, I dont have any other ones… taking break from recording if I can….Oh, I did catch that - good stuff! I thought you had some other song this was part of that I missed.
You need work on this piece, it has very haunting sound and could be great intro for heavy sabbath type song.OK Mitch, Here ya go, I may not be a shred master like our Buddy Ramo, or a Beast like Mcblink or Dave Sloven or Bastarddon, but I went and pulled out my Jackson V, and my Washburn HB 30 I got from Smitty the other night. Plugged into my Princeton Chorus amp and since the V was so out of tune and with the Floyd and all, I swapped to the HB30.
I haven't played much lately due to caring for my family, trying to squeeze in side jobs, and other burdens on my motivation.
Now I fiddled with my amp setting some, and strummed a few things and got a cool sounding chord to go with the warbly chorus on the amp.
Having never had much luck making videos on my Cell, I simply put it in video cam mode and sat it in my drawer to capture some sounds.
Here is what my messing around produced. My first ever recording. Forgive me for some flubb spots, but I think there is something I can build off in the mess I started with. So hear goes, my first youtube video that is not even a video, LOL

Nice work there Mark
And I agree with Ramo on this. Cheers
I have Duncan pupe in my strat copy they sound cool.I heard some of the coloring in the sounds and said WTF I will hit record on the phone and see if I can even get THAT part to actually record. LOL I struggle with simple things like more than making calls or googling on phone.
Since it sounded cool to me, and kinda Sabbathy, I didn't want to lose what I heard in my ears lost forever in my lack of short term memory brain flaws.
Yeah, now I get to try to make up a song from this. Hope Mr Smitty doesn't think I butchered his old guitar. Despite my rough playingm that guitar sure is a winner, sound wise. I would put it up against any $1000-$5000 ES guitar out there. I really do also like how the Duncan pups sound too.
